Paid memebr for years, now showing as quest ?

I can't see any new problem that could have caused the text to change, but you were one of the people affected by a wibble back in mid-January. Your greenness had to be switched back on manually if I remember rightly.

Is it possible that the text has said Guest ever since then?

I think that's what's happened.
Account was nobbled by a computer problem in January, fixed to green manually, but the Guest text must have been left behind.

I'll change it to Member now.
