Hey guys! Lots going on recently but unfortunately all boring, maintenance stuff Since the last update I've changed the starter motor, swapped my dodgy Defi Oil temp sender and some other bits. My mate Sean-B got my some lovely leather retrim bits to ditch that ghastly cream interior!

    Before:

I removed the old cover then used a simple contact adhesive. Top tip, go sparingly with the contact and leave both surfaces around 5 mins so it's tacky to touch. I set them on the panel, used a trim tool to dress into the crease, job done! Cool thing is, they now match the OMP steering wheel and seat colours:

I managed to snap up a Nur Spec cat back. Only thing is it had took a nasty smack so it needed some work.

Obvious damage is to the can where it's dented. Simple fix, I set it in the vice and carefully removed 8mm with a slitting wheel. After a quick clean up, it actually looks pretty good. Not bad for £100 anyway! Just need to get my mate to reweld it in situe as it doesn't line up too well...

My wheels are taking a ludicrous amount of time which is the annoying thing. They're currently still in production and still need to sit on a ship from Japan, which takes 6 weeks. My own fault for going with bespoke wheels I guess Nevertheless, I've got everything I need for when they arrive:

Apex camber arms with new rose joints:

    Pair of 265/35/18 Eagle F1s

    SRB 50mm overs:

It's just a waiting game now. Once they're on the water, I'll start with the new over fenders and get the car into paint. I recently moved house so Just a few pics from over the last month or so to share

So the new SRB +50mm overfenders are all fitted up. Luckily, I did most of the hard work when I fitted the +25mm ones so I simply removed them. I treated and sealed the old holes and lined up/riveted on the new ones. Job done!

Also had some hefty welding done to the passenger will lol

Finally got round to replacing my front tension arms and brackets this weekend. I knew they were bad but they desperately needed doing!

So glad I bought an old Japanese car that was used daily in Scotland for 4 years, not....

    New parts with old parts

Also swapped out the seized rear camber arms which were stuck at -1.45deg lol. Just waiting on the wheels now....
