    Achilles Radial 123S

Achilles Radial 123S has taken the trackday world by storm, with it's unrivalled performance / value.
It is an extremely grippy e marked semi slick tyre, that also offers the high speed stability and feedback usually only found in tyres at twice the price.
An incredibly capable dry and wet track tyre. The twin centre grooves help prevent aquaplaning in the wet.

These are the tyres we use on our own 760bhp competition car. We have never before used a tyre that offers so much outright grip. Yet also takes all of the abuse we can throw at it without going off at high temps!

What are these comparable to? Federal 595 RSR's? I'm assuming they're not a true R888 (any other R compound) rival. Surely they can't be at that price.

I haven't been able to back to back them on a track day personally yet, as they don't do big enough sizes for my track car. But we're told that they are better than the Federal 595RSR and the Nankang NS2R. My only experience with them so far is on the DW86, and I'm completely blown away, not only by how grippy they are, but how they react (or don't react more to the point) to extreme heat.
