    I protest
Stopping distance is little to do with how good your brakes and tyres are, and more to do with how long it takes you to press the pedal.

At 112mph, a typical driver would be paying attention.
At 70mph, they'd be half asleep.
I reckon the actual stopping distance would work out about the same.

I have to say I laughed and laughed although probably not at the same things most of the audience did.

Whilst the rocket propelled gurneys were quite funny, for me, the two 'comedy gold' moments were when May first turned up in his ambulancified hearse with ECNALUBMA on the bonnet (shame they felt the need to spell it out at the end of the show) and Clarkson hooking his foot under the dummy's skirt.

SIARPC seemed like a nice bloke and he's obviously a thinker - lift off oversteer into the second to last was classy. I'm guessing he is "one to watch" if I decide to watch F1 this season ?

Yep that was piss funny and i am sure will get complaints from some bra burning feminist group

Clarkson doing medical procedures and spending the whole time with his face inches from the plastic cock was another highlight

Proper funny the whole way though, this series is turning out to be epic with a great mix of comedy and car antics.

If you didnt laugh at that then you need help

and yep DR is a future world champ and if RB sort a good car again everyone else is in trouble

The cock-in-face thing just seemed a bit obvious and childish. I prefer Clarkson in subtle mode to Clarkson in childish pillock mode.

Really enjoyed that episode. They all looked like they were having a proper good time, and that makes a huge difference to the chemistry I feel.

Cant believe how well that hearse shifts. Reminded me a bit of the Ghostbusters car (which was a converted ambulance I believe.)

Big, smooth lazy engine that has plenty of pull from tickover. Nothing pisses off a funeral procession more than a hearse kangarooing down the road on tickover...

I think a lot of them had much lower gearing as well, so they will run at walking pace smoothly at idle...

just slap a diesel in it and let it pull itself along the road

Somewhat upsets the ambience with a clattering diesel

Good for business when you are killing off the procession behind with harmful emissions though

"Oh shit, gotta do a DPF regen, we need to detour down the motorway for 40 mins at 70MPH, back in a bit..."

You need to think ahead when running as business
