    Hi Tom,

I'm not too familiar with garages/people in Cromer. How bad is it, are you just looking for a patch on the sills or something more major?

Hi buddy. It's just some patching to be honest. Passenger side foot well needs a bit. Front cross member and maybe some on the sills.

Car currently has no engine in so I can't take it any where at the moment

What needs doing Tom? Some pics could be useful, small descriptions etc.
I might be able to help out if the work isn't too extreme

That front crossmember looks pretty shagged tbf bud. Would probably be best to fully remove that piece and weld in some nice tough box section. And the bit on the floor/door area I would probably clean up with a grinder and rust proof it from both sides then a small patch over the top, then again rustproof and paint.

Yeah It shouldn't be too difficult to do, although I am incredibly busy over the next 3-4weeks.
If you are still in need of assistance come the end of feb then I'll gladly help you out Tom.

Not taking anything away from db1s kind offer but there was a chap in Ipswich that did mobile mig, tig and arc welding and taught it too. Barry at www.atkinswelding.co.UK I haven't used him but he was recommended to me. Might be useful for others looking at the thread.
