    im not sure what the question is so ill just randomly write something haha.
    best ones imo are the nightbreakers. you need 2x h4 for an s13. if i were you
    id also replace the sidelights and numberplate and reverse lights with LED white
    (all of them are w5w iirc, so 6 of them. open to correction ha)

    Thank you for the random post! I ordered some osram cool blue bulbs which were listed at 4000 kelvin, with free sidelight bulbs (501) but they sent me Osram Cool Blue Intense which have a higher kelvin 4200 (colour is more blue) and I am in two minds whether to send them back for a refund or stick with them. I did not want a visible blue colour to the lamps when lit up. Cool blue was tested by Auto Express and the rating was excellent with a very white light.

    I would return them. I think the blue won't pass an MOT not are they road legal I think. I would go for the nightbreakers, they are a great bulb and come up white.

    They are road legal.
