That repair looks pretty good mate.

The chassis rails rust through there because there's an inner section that runs from the main rail to the front edge of the floor - The section you have the patch on sits on top of this other piece, so unfortunately you may find the inner piece is quite rusty, but without major cutting out of metal to access it, there's not much you can do about it.
