    Steering problems

I've had my s14 for over a year now and since day one the wheels have always followed the lines in the road and when I was hard on the brakes the steering as all over the place. the steering never felt like it was all there.

I had my steering rack refurbished last week as there was play in it(thought this might be the problem) also changed the tie rods and had it tracking and alignment done but still the steering doesn't fell all there. If anything it feels a bit worse, the steering is a lot tighter and it doesn't spring back as well as it did. If filled the fluid up the the fill line and done 20 full locks Both ways while it was in the air to get any air out of the rack. What else can I do to resolve this issue?

Do you have any non-standard parts involved in the steering or front suspension ?

I would say you might want to look at your calipers if it's under braking. Mine are much the same just pulls one way or the other due to seized calipers.
