Thank you all for coming yesterday and thanks to Adam and Jon for the pics.
I will try get something written up later this evening and posted on the blog or fb page.
Little disappointed i didn't get to speak to everyone after all the effort that went into organising it but to those of you i did thank you for the appreciation even if you weren't out on track personally, it was good to meet you all and was a great atmosphere!

Cheers Rich for organising yesterday, Emily and myself had an amazing day!!! It was good to catch up with everyone and meet some new faces. Can't wait for the next one!

Couldn't keep up with most things in the MR2, and my mate spun it 3 times, nearly crashing it on one. But other than that, great day and look forward to the next day!
cheers rich for organising it.
I had great fun even tho i spun on the first time out aha, looking forward to the weekender (need to book it), need to get some proper track tyres cause budgets arnt the best, time to buy some stuff ready for the next one
No problem i had great fun too just a shame i was having to use 5th on the straights so i didn't have to push it too hard and loose oil lol
Glad you had fun, was nice meeting you! I did hear a big spin on camp corner then saw your mr2 emerge from behind the pit wall so assuming that was when he nearly hit something?
That explains it lol
Thats why i got tuition so i knew the track and what i needed to do and where. Highly recommend westlake sport rs tyres tho
He did have one on Camp corner, in front of everyone haha, was not the big scary brown pants one though. He only spun trying to finish the overtake and end up going into the infield sideways. The big one was exiting Esses, car went sideways, he over corrected and we ended up going backwards towards the marshalls hut in the infield. Fair play to him he swung it back onto the track, but I might have swore a little...
Thanks for organising it rich, had a blast, was good to meet everyone as there wasn't many I knew before the day. Look forward to the next one and the weekender!

Pointz thanks for organising the day
No problem thanks for the appreciation wasn't i nice letting you past Ryan
Nice pictures there. Great day all round for me. I was in the mark 1 blue turbo'd MX5 which didn't let me down, just a shame she didn't have the legs in the straights.lol. (165bhp @ 0.5 bar boost, standard ECU and engine). Looking forward to the next one.
The centre cap was from the 370z.
Reutrned it and he promptly lost another out on track.
Had an awesome day. thanks Pointz for organizing.
Killed the car though. Engine destroyed... but did just make it home. Tubby gasket blown at Rockingham which I didn't get fixed before Combe. Ran the car anyway but was running rich and lean trying to compensate for the leak. Got a det of 153!!! Whilst pootling home. Struggled to get it back on the drive.
The good news is I did beat my previous best lap time with a 1.21.
Thanks for organising the day Pointz! It was a great day out, although I'm in no rush to drive Combe again (Needs more corners!)
Also, thanks to Bristol Blue for returning my centre cap!
