It may have moved last year but I have been out of the scene for around 18 months so missed the last one or two...
Ill be planning to join you on the stand tho, Silverstone is more feasible than Castle Combe for me

Everyone buys their own tickets this year which makes it easier for the organisers. Someone has to set up a club stand and they get given a password, then when anyone wants to book onto that stand they slect the club name and type in the password. Also (a bit shit) appears that each PERSON needs their own ticket now, not each car. They are also running camping the night before night. Ticket p/p £18 for the main day only. £34 for camping one night
It is still in discussion between admin at the moment! But yes it is a crap way of doing it and tbh a little off putting!
The main issue is this password malarky, it's cool giving people the password for the club but if one person leaks it we will possibly end up with randoms on the stand and once one person knows that shouldn't it will just get passed around.
Also the fact its price per person is rubbish as at combe it was per car inc passengers.
One option is to send payments to sxoc by a set deadline then the club make one big booking but this has drawbacks also in that to get a stand the payments will need to be in way before the event which puts people off if they're cars aren't ready etc
