Ca18det arp head bolts. Confused.

Hey all been a while off the forum. My 13 has been left untouched for a while so decided over Christmas im going to get the engine put back in to 1 piece. I'm going to be using arp head studs but when searching I am finding there are more than one code for the ca bolts so could anyone tell me the correct type/code. Tia mick.

Also could anyone point me in the direction of a mls gasket? 83.5mm
