S14a HID kits

Hi, I have aftermarket HIDs fitted but one of the bulbs is out. I want to replace but God knows how I would go about finding a bulb to match!! Any ideas?

Or where can I buy a good set for an s14a?

Any help would be great

There just cheap ones just get a new full kit as odds are when you put the new lamps in the ballasts will fail shortly after there only 20 quid for a kit

Had similar issues on my daily. Turned out the ballast had failed rather than the bulb. I bought a complete new set for the same price as a new ballast else where.

I had the same issue to , it was the ballasts giving up and not the bulb, if its just one side then swap the ballasts over and see if the issue follows the suspect ballast around.

Mine went through like 4 ballasts this year so got fed up and put normal bulbs back in, tho they were eBay specials and mine has some funky aftermarket/custom/bodged headlight wiring that's just plain dodgy but meh

Ive ordered a new set now. i would go back to stock bulbs but the headlight connector has be cut so went for the easy way out

Dont knock em... back in the day when Richie arranged a group buy, it was joining that which made me cough up for my membership...

That was quite a while ago now, blimey!

Shame about the legality of HIDs now, technically speaking - made me waste ages searching out a daily with enough spec to get them as factory fit.
