To be honest, all of those interiors look good

Yer I would say the Merc just edges it for me for the better steering wheel and clocks. The Audi has too many controls in the centre console for my liking.

IF its between Merc, BMW and Audi the MErc is best inside, the Bimmer is the best drive and the Audi looks nicest. This goes for 1/A1/A Class, 3/A3/A4/C Class and 5/A5/A6/E Class in my recent experience.

That's a very general observation, but a very accurate one as well

Very wrong. Anyone that gets an erection over a piece of metal (however nicely sculpted) is a poof

I recently had a CLA200 shooting brake as a hire car which I thought looked good for a Merc .......... then I parked behind the CLA45

They are quite similar to the lesser version but look so much better, difficult to place what it is but they just "work". Once the M2 comes out I will indulge in a bit of test driving and Ill definitely give the CLA a go, along with M4, XE-R and Alfa QV (which I fully expect I will end up buying just for being 500hp and Italian)

Yea but you'll spend at least a year figuring out how to say it's utterly stupid name

"I own an Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio"

See it sounds cool in Italian, but "green cloverleaf" is a really shit name in any other language.

Do they? I dont think the proportions work in a car that size, the CLS is 100 times better looking. Didnt even know they did an estate one, that looks miles better than the saloon one

It looks like it's been sat on at the back, but still not as sat on as an A7 which is a total abomination.

Audi gave up when they got to the back of the A7 which is odd as the A5 is so nice

I think do yeah, but then I quite like the quirkiness of the A7 too.

Just to update this, I've put down a deposit on a 2011 BMW 530d M Sport (258bhp version). It'll be my very first German car I'll have owned so quite looking forward to it. It comes with all the goodies: heated seats, adaptive drive, xenons, leather, cruise control, iDrive, etc.
