Apex forged rods ARP bolt torque URGENT

Hey, bit urgent but does anyone know the bolt torque for the Apex rods. They come with ARP bolts as standard so was wondering if anyone has the instructions by any chance?

    thanks,

i would imagine they come with a piece of paper in the box that states rough torque values but ARP recommend using a rod bolt stretch gauge

The torque is defined by the bolt thread / diameter so far as I remember, there is a crib sheet with my V8 rods that gives torques for all the different ARP rod bolt offerings. You'll probably find the same thing on their website.

Otherwise I'll put the list up after I finish work.

Don't have any paper cause it's for a rebuild on what was a complete engine, arp site says the torque values come from your rod manufacturer
I found the same rods from China on eBay and asked them and they said 48 ft/lbs
