earls braided turbo feeds!!! i'm completely stumped
recently ordered some earls braded turbo feeds for my ca18det s13. got everything out of the car and unbolted the mani and elbow etc, and have tried to fit the oil line bolt in the turbo and it appears to be to long! either that or I am being a numpty (which is very possible) its been a while since i've done anything like this so a little clarification from you guys on what pipe is what would be great I'm also assuming the jubilee pipe is to connect to the pipe leading to the back of the block which doesn't appear to have any other way of connecting?

The ones with anodised red and blue ends are water.
Yes the one with a worm drive end fitting goes on the back of the plenum, the elbow on the other end goes on inside water port of turbo nearest engine. The other water hose goes from block, under turbo to outside water port. Make sure that neither hose contacts the turbo housing, high temperatures will degrade the rubber hose liner. Make sure the one that goes to back of the plenum rises continuously or it will "steam" lock. This is like an air bubble but is super hot steam from the turbo, it blocks the cooling thermo-syphon flow that happens after the engine is switched off. The bubbles of steam from the turbo have to rise all the way to the back of the plenum where they cool and condense with a "ping" as they implode. The steam bubble imploding draws cool water into the turbo from the block. This is what made the difference between water cooled turbos lasting over 100K miles and the 20K that was typical for oil cooled turbos.
Turbo has a conic seating in the oil inlet. If that adaptor has a conic bore in the end that screws into the turbo it should seat and seal on the cone without a washer. Washers were only used on later models (8/92 onwards) with banjo feed. AFAIK the turbo had the conic seating throughout production.

wow. fantastic description and thank you so much mate, that should save me a lot of time. I have three more pics to see if it's possible that you may be able to determine if the fitments are conic if you would be so kind
to put the oil feed on for it not to work would mean taking it all back out and i'm a man with very little time because of the kids

Also, my s13 is 1994 and the bolts are all banjo fitment on turbo. So perhaps the company I bought the hoses from gave me a pre 92 bolt kit but I have also emailed them pics so hopefully they will get back to me tomorrow. Be nice to know your thoughts on the conic fitment as well though and obviously whatever the findings on the company feedback I will post up in case it helps anyone else

The adaptor and turbo both have mating conic faces and should seal without a washer. The adaptor will seat with threads exposed as in your first photo.
All years had banjo water feed and outlet. The end fitting and elbow on water hoses are fine, they have lower restriction to flow than a banjo. The adaptors for them need a washer and will screw all the way in.

side note, make sure that braided lines do not come into contact with anything, I've seen earls lines wear through a land rover chassis rail...
