Intercooler is now all plumbed in properly just need to make some brackets to hold the top.

Replaced a leaking rear brake hardline and bled all the brakes, so now it stops and is theoretically ready for an mot.

Last of the welding is done and have just cleaned and prepped above tank and o/s arch.

N/s will be prepped this eve then underseal tomorrow.

Also the boot is now smoothed after being welded up awaiting high build primer.

Was definitely lucky to find a good one!
Worst part was the chassis legs which i assume was caused from being jacked up on!

Seam sealed o/s a little more cleaning to be done nearside then prime and seam seal!

Also removed rear bumper and cleaned the rear panel, no surface rust at all there!

Going to clean up the tank tomorrow lunchtime hopefully.

Rear end all cleaned and zinc primed, also seam sealed and ready for undersealing.

Need to clean up the tank and tank straps then reassemble.

Also need to change the release bearing as it is noisy. All this by sunday as hopefully i have a buyer for it

Its actually coming up your way if the guy comes to get it!

Also he has said that he will be keeping it oem'ish with subtle mods and not skidding it so thats nice to hear!

    Undersealed most of the backend.
Pi**ed that the underseal that i bought was meant to be black, went on black but has dried grey!

Prepped the tank and got a thick coat of paint on round the edges.

And smoothed and primed the rear pocket where a patch was cut out and welded in!

Wondering why you've painted the rear tow hook plastic cover.
There is some surface rust under i bet.

So a week of stupidly late nights and its almost ready to go!

Now fully undersealed except above the subframe but does look clean there anyway!

95% 9f the parts are now cleaned and refitted so this will probably be the last update from me other than an after wash pic in tge morning!

Have had thoughts of keeping this and selling mine but couldnt bring myself to it
