    Project - Porsche 911 GT3 RS - Lego Technic

I haven't done a project thread before, so bare with me, but I have been meticulously photographing every part of the build and I will get them up soon.

I had one slight mishap - missing wishbone for the front suspension, however Lego are sending me a replacement.

    Engine build on it's way

So I've finally completed stage 2 of the build. And will start posting up pictures shortly. It's quite a project. It actually pretty much follows the build sequence of the real GT3RS

Flat 6 engine coming on nicely

So the next part was a straight 4 hours, assembling the gear box, chassis front axle and steering .

Not so easy to spot is the selector on the transmission tunnel for drive neutral and reverse. for the fully functioning paddle shift gearbox. Apparently lego got the gear selection wrong going from 1st to 3rd to 2nd and then 4th. But a simple switch of 2 gears corrects that

Next you have to build the frame that the body and seats attach to. You wall see the section of the rear roll cage
