anyone fancy a bit of summer fun? (3.0i Z4 with tasty bits)

copied and pasted from another Advert - Priced @ £6750 but flexible around that number to an SXOCer
Edit - Car located in Gloucester, not Swindon!

    Hopefully pics work?

Fantastic condition and great fun, but doesn't get enough use (I often need more than 2 seats, so if I can get near my asking price I'll be putting the money towards and M3/M5 - if I get silly offers I'll simply keep it for the summer and sell it in 6 months)
You will find cheaper cars, but they won't have this combination of spec, mileage, maintenance or tasteful modifications, please keep than in mind when comparing cars.

BMW Z4 3.0i SE roadster, M54 engine, Manual 6 Speed.
Black sapphire metallic with black heated sports leather interior and brushed aluminum trim.
The seats really are a nice upgrade, so much more comfortable and supportive than standard leather and being heated you can have the top down in any weather and be warm.
    First registered 17th December 2004.

88,600k miles approx (will rise slightly with occasional use)

8 previous owners (Common with Z4's as often a weekend toy / second car)

Full Service History with the next service (oil service) not due for another 7,000+ miles.

    - PDI on 20/12/04
    - Oil Inspection @ 10,284 miles at BMW Leeds
    - Inspection 1 @ 25,705 miles at BMW Warrington
    - Inspection 1 @ 43,185 miles @ Independent BMW Specialist
    - Inspection 2 @ 56,237 miles @ Independent BMW Specialist
    - Oil Service @ 65,000 miles @ Independent BMW Specialist
    - Inspection 1 @ 80,496 miles @ Independent BMW Specialist
MOT until August 2017 – Has never failed an MOT and passed this year with no advisories. (Only had 1 advisory since 2009 and that was for tyre wear) this car has always had attentive owners who replace things as and when needed rather than waiting for it to fail an MOT!

    Optional Extras:
    M Sport seats
    M Sports suspension
    Multifunction steering wheel
    Wind Deflector fitted between headrests
    Bluetooth phone connection
    Cruise control
Business CD Radio + CD changer

    Modifications / Enhancements:
Modified Exhaust, really suits the car and always gets appreciating comments.
4 x 18” Riva DTM CSL replica silver alloys - small marks on a couple of wheels.
    Swapped to Non RunFlat tyres.
2 x Goodyear Eagle approx 6mm tread front
2 x Bridgestone Potenzas approx 5mm tread rears
Eibach Pro Kit Lowering Springs - Will supply original M sport springs also.
    OEM BMW Clear side repeaters
Black M Style kidney grilles - Will supply original silver ones also.
    ZHP shorter gear knob
    Stubby aerial.
    Pagid Brake discs.
HEL braided red brake hoses, front and rear.
Castro React brake fluid with a high boiling temperature.
Full Hunter laser alignment done in July 2014 at 74k miles.
Meyle HD front anti roll bar drop links and front wishbone bushes
Passenger window regulator replaced with new BMW part
    Ipod Connectivity in glove box

    Negatives:
The car is in great condition for its age but it does have a few stone chips as to be expected, mainly on the front bumper, there is a small bit of lacquer peel also on the front bumper.
There is also a slight weep from the rocker cover gasket which I shall probably sort between now and the sale, I also have purchased a complete vanos repair kit that I was planning to fit as a precaution whilst the rocker cover was off that will be included with the sale / fitted if I get the chance (price below is based on the fact I'm expecting to get the kit repaired, we can negotiate if I just supply parts but it's not a difficult job)

Let me know if you have any questions or wish to arrange to view the car.
Test drives will be from the passenger seat unless you put the cash in my hand.
No time wasters / scams or overseas buyers please

Great price. Doubt it will hang around long.

If I could have got away with a 2 seater it would have been one of these

Cheers, it really is a lot of fun, handles well, comfy etc but I've only done about 3,800 or so miles since I got it (about 18 months ago)
took a while to find the right one and this had a lot of bits done to it already that I wanted so was worth the wait.
if I don't get a close offer I'll keep for the summer and punt it off for a grand or so less in autumn. I can't justify an upgrade if I've got to give this away to get it (and I've got to spend double this to get what I consider to be an upgrade)

Just fitted the uprated vanos seals (including the anti-rattle rings) did the air filter, pollen filter and new iridium spark plugs whilst I was in there so all super smooth and ready to roll
