New S14 owner from The Netherlands :)

    Hey everyone,

As the title may suggest, as a graduation present to myself, I bought an S14a in the UK and imported it to The Netherlands a few weeks back!

The car is completely stock (bought from an old lady) and is a lovely base for me to do some OEM+ modifications. The car is mechanically perfect and comes with all booklets, service history and receipts. It does need a bit of TLC on the outside as it has some small parking dings on the doors, but the plus side is that it has absolutely no rust anywhere!

Plans for it are to slowly convert it into a momentum driver that I can use at the Nordschleife (only 2 hours from me ) while keeping it as clean as possible. The engine will remain original other than supporting modifications such as a better radiator, electric fans and a baffled oil sump. Keeping with this theme, if anyone has any other suggestions for track preperatory upgrades feel free to chime in

Also, the car is an automatic and I would like to convert it to a manual transmission. As such, if anyone can help me find the necessary parts (preferably all from one place), I would very much appreciate that. I have messaged multiple people, but nobody is willing to ship the parts to NL or even the UK (I have family in MK).

I look forward to learning from all of you and hopefully through the process be able to give something in return.

    Cheers,

    Luka
