I've just fitted a gt2871t turbo and just started it up to see if it works okay, i haven't put any of other the other mods to go stage 3a yet, this may sound stupid but theres almost like a whistling noise coming from the intake, but its kinda almost like metal on metal sound.
its the first time I've started the car in a while and just done an oil change. am i being stupid or should i be worried
ball bearing turbos will make some sound from the intake if you've upgraded from a journal bearing turbo it will be more noticeable
Did you prime the turbo before starting the engine?
