Really Rough Idle

Can somebody help?

I've had a rough Idle on my S14a for a little while now. I've tried a few things to fix it, new coil packs, cleaning the MAF, checked o-rings on the injectors and I don't seem to be getting anywhere. If anything it seems to be getting worse. Driving normal the cars fine but starting it up I need to blip the throttle and coming down from high revs it will stall.

Any ideas?

Worth trying another maf. Other things to try are the water temp switch and clean out the iacv

Thanks I'll see if I can borrow a MAF off someone to try. Is the water temp switch the coolant temp sensor?

I had the stalling issue as the revs drop, it turned out my dump valve had shit itself.

I had the stalling issue as the revs drop, it turned out my dump valve had shit itself.

I had exactly the same. But did everything else to cure it. However if it's the dump valve you should have boost issues too.
