A question on Brake Dust Covers!

Not sure the best place to be posting queries like this so if i need to move it, let me know! I have a 1994 200sx S13 and the front and rear suspension is all completely rusted away! Leaving me with no Brake dust covers!

    - Is it possible to find OEM or after market ones?
    - Do people prefer to run them without covers?
    - Whats the pos and cons?

    Cheers,
    Sam

You don't need them, they can hold heat into the brakes,so removing them allows cooling air to flow over the disc
plenty of cars are OE with no dust shields, imo they look cleaner and less cluttered
