OEM head to manifold gasket on aftermarket manifold

Wondering if to use the oem 4 piece manifold gasket(s) on my tubular manifold that has one big flange. I've seen some gaskets that are one piece like the manifolds mating surface, but those are aftermarket.

What would be the best gasket to run?

I’ve been using an aftermarket mls one that I’ve reused a couple of times and it’s still sealing really well
