Put a jack under rear of g'box,
    undo g'box x-member,
lower jack till camcovers just touch bulkhead,
then use long half inch extension bar with wobble attachment!

It really isnt that bad of a job to do tbh.

with the engine mounts loose, remove propshaft (drain box of oil 1st) remove gearbox X member bolts and let the g/box hang down,
loose engine mounts lets it drop down further, sump sits on the rack,
long extension bar/breaker bar and go over the top of the gearbox to get the top bolts, may need a wobbly socket if engine pipe work
limits the g/box dropping down/how big of a gap between trans tunnel and g/box you get, remove rad hoses/throttle body pipe if need be
possible the engine driven fan may catch the rad cowling plastic so let it down slowly

Indeed ^^ for the sake of two bolts and chance of the bell housing cracking around the dowel bolts,I will fit them to any car I work on
seen too many cracked bell housings on auto's and manuals ,can even be the cause of mystery squeaks and creaks

easy from underneath, can remove and refit from the top, bit fiddly but doable, unlike the nightmare of the bently continental gt autobox remove/refit
at least 3 BH bolts are blocked by turbos/engine mounts and countless other near impossible bolts/cr@p in the way,
we concluded it would be easier to drop the engine/g/box out the bottom then split them apart next time
