Would 3 pin maf work on ecu with 4 pin maf or I must change ecu and add o2 sensor too? Original ecu is one without o2 sensor 23710-44F07 and 3 pin maf is one paired with 23710-39F00 ecu.

I'd recommend going for the correct trio (MAF, O2, ECU) to avoid headaches. Specially when engine is cold or at idle.

If you go for O2 setup, you can get a wideband like AEM which comes with a wire to connect to the lambda input on the ECU. This way you have the O2 sensor and the AFR for useful info.

Just buy a 4pin maf........

You need matching ecu, loom, o2 sensor and maf

Unless you are running standalone ecu but who would do that and use oem maf
