    Also looking for a bum friendly coil over setup for my PS, how did you get on with the BCs matey? How is the ride quality?

    As has been mentioned try and get a set of apex comfies. Brilliant ride quality for on road driving. Just ask Jonny Wilkinson

    They are basically soft spring rated bc coilovers I think.

    I actually swapped off the comfies for the Apex Limos They are 4kg front and 3 kg rear.

    With the Whiteline ARBs and the front and rear strut braces they made for a lovely ride that didn't roll.

    The only "problem" with that set up is that you can't run low-lows. 15mm drop is probably the most you can hope for.

    If you want to lower the car and not have the arch linings grinding, you need to go stiff on the springs and suffer the kidney pummelling ride.
