Only better for a custom map as the stage 3a is based on the z32

Worth checking out if they're all the same from Nissans of the same age. Don't want to pay Skyline tax if a Micra one will do the job.

You need a housing to put it in, there are a few out there with the same dimensions as the Z32 AFM

I used a 350z/Z33 MAF and housing, I opened up the bolt holes a little then the Apexi filter bolts directly onto the MAF housing, the stock rubber ring on the MAF housing seals against the filter. The round end of MAF housing is same size as Z32 so any intake pipe that works with Z32 will work with Z33.
As mentioned already custom map required.

Brill, thanks for all the information and tips,I was looking at the mafs on eBay and one listing was a custom tube but 4inch in diameter instaed of 3inch stating that if you go with a stock housing of 3inch you won’t see over 340bhp!!(my aim is 350bhp with a custom map and supporting mods)

Cant remember the size but Z33 stock housing is good for around 440hp max according to nistune
I have gt2871r .63, at 22psi the MAF still had plenty of head room

If you want to do it cheaply, contact Zmanalex on 350z-uk forum. You will get MAF and housing for about £60-£70 then ask Hudson's if they will sell you a connector or use female spade terminals.

    JB mentioned Hudsons:
Comes with Aftermarket sensor for the same price as your link

    What ECU are you using?

Thanks for the link that’s just the job,Ecu wise I’ve spoken to Horsham who I’m going to get to do all the work, they said because it’s already got a stage 1a map in it they can re tune with a custom map with a little fiddling if that makes sense?? I’m all new and green to this hence why I’m asking lots of advice,
