Tourqe settings for rb20det

Half way through building my rb20det and the time has come to put it back together . Unfortunately I can't find anywhere online or offline on the info I need .

Is there any experts on here that can help .

Inlet cam torque settings and sequence
Big end bearings settings and sequence
Head bolts settings and sequence
