    S13 rear diff suggestions

Hi all I am in need of a new diff for my car I want a 1.5 way as the 2 way I have currently is far too aggressive and noisy for street driving. My question is does anyone have any recommendations of both suppliers and diffs please all the best

Ask Matt Maff_1991. I'm pretty sure he has a 1.5 way and everything on his car is quality.

If you wouldn’t mind telling him his message storage is full that would be great

Can you not flip clutch plates around in the diff to make it less clunky ?

I follow that, but looking at good old wikipedia not that many of the S15s actually had the Torsen fitted, switched back to viscous LSD's for most of the later ones, and the Torsens aren't going cheap... Maybe I am being too pessimistic, will keep an eye out.

I ended up going with a Quaife ATB spent a while on the phone and the guys there really seemed to be very proud of there product and the overall customer service was brilliant. Maybe they just sweet talked me into it . But I will get it fitted and report back

You need equal length output shafts and the split rings removed for the ATB diff. I got Quaife to fit mine as they are only down the road from me. I'd recommend that if you are close enough as they machined the standard long output down for me so I didn't need to buy S15 spec r output shafts.
This was on an S14 though.

They sold it me as a direct fit and. ”any half decent transmission place should be able to fit it” There words. When did you get yours done ? As mine is an r200 same as an s14 so worried I will need to mess around now. And what’s it like in the car any good?

Yep will do hopefully be in next weekend I bought a short shaft from a standard s13 lsd for £40 from slide Motersport so that’s not a big deal I am changing all the bearings in the diff while I am at it so I am waiting on them or it would of been in this weekend
