    RIP Stephen Hawking

Passed at 76, that a good age, even for someone who has lived with ALS for 50 years.

Now go and tell God he was wrong.

    RIP My brain hero

A proper hero who should be celebrated is Hawking.

All this Ken Dodd nonsense pissed me off, a dirty old pervert who the press were too weak to do the job on. The stories will come out one day.

Saddened when I saw the news this morning. For someone not expected to live past 25 he did well.

Professor Hawking would have found this funny. He had a wicked sense of humour

I've even had to re-order his book "A brief history of Time" as I lent it to a friend years ago and she never gave it back.

    Price has shot up

I went to a lecture of his once, was supposed to go to a maths and statistics lecture, but saw Hawking was doing a lecture and had to sneak in. It was fascinating. He did it in a way that allowed you to understand, even if you couldn't understand the details

Is that based on anything more than him having funny hair and teeth and being a comedian from the 70s ?

I'd suggest you look more closely into why no venue in Liverpool would host his Christmas show this year. The Philharmonic cancelled it due to "unforeseen circumstances".

This was a massive money spinner for them so a big loss but had to be done. People will not comment on the record, but the accounts they tell off the record are not pleasant at all.
