Help needed please. Last sale for someone with life limiting disease

My OH used to be a member on here and drove two S14's in the years he was a member. Unfortunately he has only a few months left unless we get a miracle and he has a LOT of S14 parts to sell. I get to do all the selling and I'm not very technically minded.

How do I go about finding out a decent price for the parts? Some parts he has are not currently for sale on the forum, or I'd use the search button!
I could use a sale buddy to help me .

    Sorry to hear the news.

As above we can help value the prices and potentially advise on places to sell. Try and avoid EBay due to the fees.

    First item

!st item, one pair of seat belt, working order. It's an appalling photo taken quickly with my phone this morning before work. I'll take better pics tonight and more of them.

If you don't want to bother with pics, just put up a list of parts and we could give you a price range depending on condition etc. If you can include the make and model for stuff which is not OEM, that would help.
What i mean is "Garrett GT2560R done 3K miles no play" is better than "s/h turbo".

Someone local might be willing to pop round and take photos compile a list. Whereabouts are you ?

There's a fair amount of wiring, with labels attached to identify the fittings

Also little lights like the glovebox light and the side indicators

    And there's more

    Steering rack
    Heater fan
    Intercooler
    Rear speaker shelf
    Door speakers
    Igniter chip
    Horns
    glovebox
    Indicator and washer stalks
    Rear wiper motor
    Abs unit
    Aircon pump.

There's also some what I think are boot internal cards, felt.

There are also unlabelled parts I'll have to take pics of as I don't know what they are

You might be best shifting it as a job lot to a breaker.

It's a long list of stuff, but it's all low value parts that aren't in huge demand.
It'd take quite a while to get rid of it all and you might not want the hassle.

To be honest none of that is really that sell-able and it certainly isnt in demand. Might do someone who wants to hoard some parts fro the future seems the cars are getting rarer.

I could be interested in the steering rack depending on what it’s deemed to be worth.

No-one else seems willing to guess so I'm going to take a punt. Its basically how I priced the bits when i broke an S13. Oddly we may find 15-20 people willing to criticise my pricing now I've done it. Only thing I can assure you is I don't need any S14 bits

    Seat belts £20

    Air condensor £15
    Rear brake light pair £30
    Internal trim, various - £10
Air filter - if its the box and OEM filter £5 maybe if its a cone £10
Cat - £75 from a breaker coz it has precious metals in it
    Heater matrix - £15
Centre consol (between the seats) - £25
    Auto shift stick - £0
    Actuator - £15
    Afm - £0
    Abs ecu £10
    Starter motor - £10
    Rear boot lid - red - £25
    Rear side windows - £30

    Bit of lights - £5

    Steering rack - £20
    Heater fan - £5
    Intercooler - £0
    Rear speaker shelf - £15
    Door speakers - £0
    Igniter chip - £15
    Horns - £5
    glovebox - £5
Indicator and washer stalks - if in good nick £20
    Rear wiper motor - £5
    Abs unit - £15
    Aircon pump. - £10

Some of them won't move very fast. All prices plus postage.

I would say that was about right JW. I would be tempted to take the cat to a scrappy and then sell the rest as a job lot for £100-150 just to shift it.

I wouldn't sell the steering rack for less than £100

I wouldn't sit on a steering rack waiting for £100 to come along if you already have someone interested.

Take what you can get, shift it as a job lot and clear some space.
The CAT will be worth a decent amount at a metal yard, £75 quid ish.
