S14a won't start after engine swap. HELP needed asap please

    Hi all.

Swapped the engine over in my s14a this week. Since swapping it over it won't start.....

I have tried a few things so far.

I checked the fuel was getting from the pump (pulled off line by filter) lots of fuel...
Checked for a spark..... spark was visible
Checked to see if plugs were getting fuel... dry so no fuel to plugs.

Can anyone advise me of any steps to take to get it to start.

If you spray easy start in the inlet it almost fires up.

Ecu is a stage 3a Horsham developments so doubt nats is on car anymore (different ecu from original shell)

    Thanks all.

HDev chips doesn't remove Nats, if this isn't your original ECU (bought entire 3a ECU elsewhere) you'd also need the ACU (think its called ACU) and key transponder from original vehicle, without these items the car will not start

you'd need to do one of three things:

    get transponder and ACU
transfer the 3a Daughter board to your original ecu :/
    Remove NATS

As above very the ecu may need coding to your car, do you have the original ecu?

Ding ding ding, could be a winner this... has happened before. would explain the dry plugs.
Of course Nats is an issue as well but i wouldnt have thought that responsible for dry plugs.

Can't remember if ants stops the injectors tbh but yeah I'd check the fuel lines first

Fuel feed in goes to the non-FPR side of the rail.

Check you can hear the injectors firing, if not, pull them out, put 12v across and tap ever to lightly with a hammer to unfreeze them

It has 740cc in it. Had nats removed today so no more nats but still didn't start
