Hey guys, wanting to know if this is normal?

You can hear it wining when driving around but it’s quite but noticeable but gets really load when on A roads and motorway!
Any ideas? Getting it oil changed etc? Or is the diff about to be on its way out?

Change the diff oil and see what colour it is when it pour out? If it black it look like it haven't been changed for a while. If it still look bit clear but got bit metal collecting on the magnet drain plug then you need to look further inside the diff but removing the plate off and turn the diff to inspect the drive and see any damage.
