Blown ecu help
Hi all
So I have been having issues starting a new engine and loom swap. I have done various checks and have found the engine is not getting power to injectors. (Fuel gets to engine)
I have opened my ecu and have found a worrying scorch mark and it smells burnt.
What have I done wrong?

a live leading to the scorch mark has gone to ground/shorted out on something as a guess,
trace across the board might be able to see the suspect wire or wires on the multi-plug then follow back through the loom to suspect connections or shorts
are the arch looms tucked up away from tyres if the cars low low?, is it a UK loom and UK ecu your using,vaguely recall pinouts are different
