    Really loose and vague handling

Can people give ideas or suggestions where to check for the above.

It’s really loose front and back and going over insulations and bumps it throws the car around the road.

I’m going to get alignment done ASAP, I also have a wobble at 60-65 which I’m sure is balancing.

Set up is a set of coilovers with standard arms (same set up I used on my 14a)

The damper/rebound setting on the coilovers could be set too soft or the coilovers could need refurbishing?

if it's lower than about 40mm on stock arms the rears especially will be out of spec and can make it drive badly like you describe
I tried way lower and car was lethal in the wet, looked cool but drove like $hit
soft mushy OE rack mounts can cause vague steering and wander,OE tension rods as well
as well as the other bits mentioned before me
