    Another New what Car Thread

Hey all I hope you guys can help me decide what new car to get as i'm undecided on which one to go for. I have test driven a Corsa VXR, Fiesta ST and Audi S3. The Audi was the fastest (and oldest) and had an EPC fault come up on the test drive. The Corsa VXR was the cheapest had quite a lot of torque steer but was still pretty fun to drive. The Fiesta ST didn't seem as good inside as the Corsa or Audi. So i'm stuck as to what to do. Budget wise the Audi is a bit more than what I would ideally like to pay and especially if the fault comes up again, but was the quickest. So after a bit advice. Cheers
    Alan

    ABT is bang on.

I'd take the Fiesta out of that lot for sure.

FST no question. The audi is usual boring shit, the corsa lol ... what a joke.
The FST is a legend, the others never will be.

Feel like owning any of these cars is almost criminal. Buy a rusty 200sx if I had to have one though, maybe the fiesta st.

Just drive along and everytime you change gear make a "psssst" noise, instant turbo.

Fiesta obviously will be the most fun by miles. If you want a nicer interior then look at Focus STs although early ones are a bit of a 'buttonfest' face lifted (15on) ones were nicer.

I had a feeling you would suggest something with a blue oval lol. I'll look into a Focus ST that wasn't something I was really looking at as I thought it might be out of my budget range but having a chat with a few dealers it just might be.

PCP on the old FST should still be doable and be rather cheep.

You will struggle to find one new, plenty of low mileage ones about though

Yea I was looking at used it will suit me better for the mileage I do (circa 25k a year) with that mileage things get pretty pricey pretty quickly. Most new deals are on strict mileage limits and then come with extortionate excess mileage fees.

So I finally decided what to do, I'm going to keep the Civic as a daily and get something more fun as a weekend car. I'm currently looking at R33 GT-Rs

good choice! If you bought an Audi you'd have no choice but to permanently drive in the outside lane on motorways which can be awkward when another Audi is right up your chuff
