Noise from engine bay

Hi guys, my cars started to make a noise from the engine bay, not to sure what it is. If anyone has any idea or knows anywhere that could fix the problem. Please let me know. I'm based in Manchester.

VVT Sprocket sounds like it's close to death. A common problem that requires a good second hand unit, which is a risk, or buy a brand new Nissan one for around £350 then whatever the labour is to fit it

Got anymore information on the engine, what's been done to it etc? My engine has been sat on the side outside of the car for over 5 years and we believe the hydraulic lifters are tapping. I did click on the link but it said it has expired for some reason.
