I've noticed a few threads recently from people who have been looking around eBay for nice things to buy, and coming across "charging stabilisers".

Here are a couple of threads which seem to cover the general opinions:

    http://www.sxoc.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=165323
    http://www.sxoc.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=169859

If anyone (the supplier?) would care to give me one for free, I will be more than happy to pull it apart and connect it up to my car to see what, if anything, they do with the aid of Mr Multimeter. For the time being I would just like to say that my opinion is that you should spend your money on shiney things other than these

Do these wheels fit over front Z32 calipers?

    They fit
    - DICASTAL 7.5J x 17H2 ET35, fits front and rear Z32 calipers. BTW, they also fit over Bren's front 330mm 8-pot brake kit

    - BSA Racing Model 187 7J x 17 fits with a 6mm spacer and the Nissan-logo shaved off from the caliper [ ]anglegrinder job [/ ]

    - Facelift wheels:

300ZX/S14 front brakes fit under twin rib facelift 7 spoke wheels with a 15mm spacer and needs new wheels studs.
    http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h2..._200/wheel.jpg

310/315mm big brakes with 300ZX/S14 caliper need 17" wheels and may need spacers + studs.
    They don't fit
    - BORBET Design A 7.5J x 16 ET35, maybe will fit with spacers. I'll try once I've got them back.

Please PM me your findings/deceptions so I can update this list.

    The Thread thread

    Lambada sensor M18 x 1.5

    Oilfilter 3/4" x 16g BSP

Head to exhaust manifold studs M10 x 1.25

Turbo elbow studs (3 of them) M10 x 1.25, note that the part of the stud that is screwed in the cast elbow is a regular M10 x 1.5

Turbo water feed banjo bolt(turbo side and engine side) M14 x 1.5

    Wheelstuds M12 x 1.25

    Oilpressure sender 1/8 x 28g BSPT

Dashboard watertemperature sensor (with one wire)M12 x 1.25

ECU watertemperature sensor (the one with two wires) M12 x 1.5

    Turbo oilfeed
Thanks to Ben at Hosesolutions for these precise details:
    turbo side: 7/16JIC X 24tpi
    engine side (elbow): S13 is M12 x 1
    engine side (banjo): S14 is M12 x 1.25
    engine side (banjo): S15 is M12 x 1.25

    S13 Turbo oilfeed elbow
    Thread in engineblock 1/8 x 28g BSPT
    Thread in elbow M12 x 1mm

Please PM me for addings to the list. Also, correct me if I'm wrong.
BTW when I say "turbo elbow studs", I mean the studs that are on the turbo elbow (actually used to bolt-on the downpipe), not the ones that hold the elbow to the turbo.

Link to whatever you want . I'm still trying to compile the FAQ section, so anything useful linked in here I'll try and put into that.
