Ok cool. Mine is next to the downpipe but is mounted really lol. It's inline with the underside of the gearbox and chassis rail.

That is a sweet looking engine bay . What turbo are you running?

Yeah, mine is loads lower than where yours is mounted so it does get airflow.

Ahh yeah nice bit of airflow there, I've got a complete flat floor from splitter to behind subframe so no airflow in the engine bay apart from what comes through the radiator. My engine bay is rough and ready lol, it used to be nice years ago ;/

Ah right cool. I should be fine where mine is mounted then.

Your engine bay looks really nice.

Thanks to Jonny Wilkinson for lending me his MBC so I can see if it's the boost controller causing my current issues.

I've got it all plumbed up like this.

With the MBC this way around. Is that right?

    Hey buddy.

I used motorbike faring clips. Means far less drilling of bodywork.

Well the manifold has cracked yet again so as the insurance is up for renewal in the next few weeks I'm going to take the car off the road to sort a few jobs out on it.

New manifold will be one of those jobs as its pointless repairing this one anymore.

You know where to come all tho I think it might be something in the Essex air and not the cr@p quality lol as Blaktooth suffers from the same problem too.

I can't beleave the amount of times it's cracked personally

Nash has had the same problems as well lol.

I meant to ask you, can you make down pipes as well as I'm gonna send up nash's manifold for you to use so my turbo will sit higher up then.

Yes I can make downpipes prefer to do them on the car .. But if you have something to work from it wouldn't be a problem. Would you just modify yours or want a new one ?

Don't tell me you're about to have the Full Race Manifold ripped off?

No, Nash's td06 manifold. I'm not changing turbo but whilst I'm getting the manifold made up I might as well get the turbo sitting at the top where I always wanted it.

Sorry Daz, jumped the gun. I am so used to seeing decent stuff shredded these days that I was getting all brand defensive. Apologies again.

    No worries buddy.

I really like the full race stuff but couldn't justify that money plus getting a new turbo etc so just improving what I have .

Would want a new one. I could prob send you Nash's manifold, my manifold and my downpipe along with my exhaust housing. Could then mock it all up to make the new one.
